I offer running coaching in the Boulder / Denver area from my office in Lafayette, CO. In order to reserve a space in the coaching schedule, sessions are scheduled at the beginning of each semester (January-April, May-August, and September-December). If you come in mid-semester, I’ll schedule you by what’s available.
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes. The following discounts are available if you pay for coaching sessions in advance, otherwise payment is due the day of a session. The session price includes a reasonable amount of email time. If you’re injured or in racing mode and need more time, I’ll ask you to either schedule an extra session either in person or on the phone.
- 1 session — $75 (1.25 hours)
- 3 sessions — $195 (you save $30)
- 5 sessions — $315(you save $50)
- 8 sessions — $480 (you save $95)
Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions
48 hour notice is required for cancellations by emailing Janet at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 720-839-6896. Payment is due for missed sessions if 48-hour notice is not given with the exception of illness or other emergency-but in these situations please give as much notice as possible. Also a session may be rescheduled if weather is extremely bad (though a treadmill is available and is a great opportunity to get a different read on your form).
Cancellation Policy for Workshops
In order to refund a Workshop, 2 weeks notice is required. There will be a $10.00 deduction from the cost of the workshop for a processing fee. If the 2 week notice is given or up to 48 hours, you are also free to use the full amount towards another workshop or private session. Please email me with any questions.
