Fell in Love with Running Again

runner-smiling“I met with Janet 5 times last fall to work on my running form and to prepare to run longer distances this year. I just ran the Revel Rockies marathon last weekend in 3:24 – a PR for me by 45 minutes, first in my age group, and qualified for Boston with a 16 minute cushion!! I followed a plan for 6 months that included running 6 times per week with total weekly mileage averaging 45-60 miles. I really believe that working with Janet on my form (and some improvement of my cadence) is what allowed me to do such high mileages injury-free and do well this past weekend. More importantly, I have loved the training, fell in love with running again, and feel great. Thanks for your help!!”
