In order to reserve a space in the coaching schedule, sessions are scheduled at the beginning of each semester (January-April, May-August, and September-December). If you come in mid-semester, we’ll schedule by what’s available.
Sessions are $65 each and last 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. The following discounts are available if you pay for sessions in advance, otherwise payment is due the day of a session.
- 1 session — $65
- 3 sessions — $180 (you save $15)
- 5 sessions — $290 (you save $35)
- 8 sessions — $440 (you save $80)
48 hour notice is required for cancellations by emailing Janet at email@example.com or calling 720-839-6896. Payment is due for missed sessions if 48-hour notice is not given with the exception of illness or other emergency-but in these situations please give as much notice as possible. Also a session may be rescheduled if weather is extremely bad (though a treadmill is available and is a great opportunity to get a different read on your form).
