I had a great Boulder Backroads ½ marathon thanks to Janet’s help. I’ve been trying to internalize all of the suggestions that she made during our sessions, and I can really tell the difference. Running has become so much more effortless and enjoyable. Also, all of my nagging aches and pains are completely gone. In large part, I owe this to better running form. I tell all of my running friends how much I’ve learned in Janet’s workshops and coaching sessions. I’m planning on doing some further form work probably in the spring.
