Running is more than putting one foot in front of the other. The ability to run long distance injury free is 100% about our form. My partner and I have been training with Janet for 6 years and continue to improve, running 50 miles a week. We all tend to drift back into bad habits so the fundamentals workshops are especially important because they reaffirm the positive and gently fine tune the poor qualities of our form.
