Thankful to Find my Inner Athlete

Carol“I was very active and athletic in my youth.  Once out of college, work and life took over.  As I approached my 40’s, I knew it was time for a change.  I started getting active again through walking and weight training which was a nice kick start to get my body back into shape.  As my body began to change and fitness level improved, I wanted to challenge myself more and incorporate running.  However, I had an issue with my knee which caused pain every time I tried to run.  I went to my Dr, and she was the one who recommended I contact Janet.  I was a little apprehensive at first as I had never worked one on one with a coach before and was not sure what to expect.  Once I met Janet, my mind was at ease due to her kindness, compassion and uncanny ability to evaluate running form and help me make proper adjustments.  I have been working with Janet now for several years and am happy to report my running program, along with my additional fitness activities are still going strong in my mid-50’s.  Thank you Janet for your insight and ongoing support!!”
